Hi, I am Shivani.
I’m a psychotherapist with 7 years of experience working with adults through a range of personal and professional challenges. My approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy and Integral Somatic Psychology, combining subjective world views and body-based work to support healing and growth.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we explore your concerns at your pace — whether it’s anxiety, stress, relationship issues, trauma, or life transitions. My work is person-centered, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding your unique story.
